JEL 200-II

The laboratory screening machine JEL 200-II serves to analyze particles for dry materials in forms ranging from powder to coarse particles. By using sieves with various meshes or hole sizes, material samples can be subdivided by the size of their particles with almost zero tolerance. The replicable values achieved with this laboratory screening machine provide insights and make it possible to draw conclusions for grinding and other processes. To this end, for the laboratory screening machine JEL 200-II, only selected wire mesh is used to cover our analysis screens in accordance with DIN ISO 3310, A.S.T.M. E-11-87 or even B.S. 410 and AFNOR if desired. The test screening machine JEL 200-II can support up to eight screen frames including their covers and floors at a time.

Operation

This test screening machine works according to the plane sieving principle with horizontal vibrations and optimal design as regards RPM and stroke based on decades of empirical values. The material being screened is separated by the horizontal, circular motion of the sieve.
