Screening machines for deagglomeration
With deagglomeration, agglomerates generated during the production process are broken up into the desired particle sizes by means of mechanical pressure. Unwanted agglomerates can easily build up during the storage and processing of bulk solids. These agglomerates can actually cause problems in the later stages of the production process and therefore must be broken down. With the help of rotors, straining screens push the screening material through the screening cylinder, deagglomerating any clumps that have formed.

With deagglomeration using the JEL Palafix, the screening material is passed through the mesh by means of centrifugal force. The multi-plates can be easily set and adjusted to each product that is screened.

For the deagglomeration, the product is collected by the JEL PS rotor and is then passed through the mesh. Thanks to its compact design, the JEL PS can also be directly integrated into system components.
