JEL CM
The container mixer JEL CM is suitable for mixing, homogenizing and dying components in the form of powder or granules. Furthermore, the container mixer can also be used for special purposes such as for dissolving solids in liquids, polishing parts made of metal or plastic, moving sluggish media to avoid structural change and cleaning containers with solvents. The container mixer JEL CM can be integrated into existing systems easily.
Operation
The container built under a fixed angle serves as a mixing container. Due to rotation and the slanted position of the container walls, a mixing effect based on the interplay of the forces of inertia and friction is attained. The parts are pulled up, then they either slide or fall back down into the material being mixed, which guarantees intense blending.
