JEL VibRS

The round vibro screen JEL VibRS can screen up to six fractions and is used for almost any bulk solid or screening task. Thanks to screen decks which can be stacked on top of each other, even large screening surfaces can be set up in a way that saves space. Furthermore, the output and the number of separated fractions can be increased by setting up additional screen inserts – it only takes a few simple steps, and the footprint stays the same.

Operation

The movement of the screen is created by a vibration motor and ensures a consistently high level of screening efficiency. The oscillation amplitude of the vibro screen can be adjusted without needing to use any tools and can therefore be adjusted to perfectly suit various product properties. Thanks to the clamping ring mechanism, the screen inserts can be removed easily and changeover times are kept to a minimum.
